Writing Foundations
In the digital age, writing is more important than ever. Unfortunately, the writing process isn't effectively taught to students in the classroom. Thanks to densely packed curriculum calendars, teachers can't afford to give students the time to develop the idea generation, organization, and revision skills required for effective writing. Instead, students view writing as a one-and-done activity. The Writing Foundations course is designed to model and practice all stages of the writing process to help students develop the ability to craft effective sentence, paragraph, and essay-length responses that truly demonstrate the depth of their learning.
